Refund Policy

1. Refund eligibility

Our digital products — e-books, films, software, music, audio and games — are delivered instantly, so access is granted the moment your payment is confirmed. For this reason, we apply a content-access threshold: once a product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds are limited. You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchase: you were charged more than once for the same product in error.
• File corruption or download failure: the file is corrupted or you are genuinely unable to download or access it, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• Accidental purchase: you bought a product by mistake and report it before downloading or accessing the content.

2. Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• digital content that has already been downloaded or accessed;
• license keys or activation codes that have already been revealed; and
• purchases reported outside the request window described in Section 3, except where required by law.

3. How to request a refund

Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

4. Currency

Approved refunds are issued in the original transaction currency — Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD). Refunds in NGN are processed in line with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
