The rules and agreement that apply when you use Vlook and buy our digital media.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the store operated by VLOOK SYNTHETIC LIMITED (RC 8421872), trading as Vlook. Please read them carefully before using our store or purchasing any digital product.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our store, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.
2. Use of the service
- Account responsibility: you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Lawful use: you agree to use our store only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its security, availability or proper operation.
- No redistribution of digital products: all digital media licenses are granted to the individual purchaser for personal use only. You may not resell, share, sublicense, copy for distribution, or otherwise redistribute any e-book, film, software, music, audio, game or license key you obtain from us. Unauthorised sharing is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of your account.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are displayed and charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges associated with your purchase. Payments are securely processed by our third-party payment processor, TransactPay. By submitting an order, you authorise us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
4. Intellectual property & digital licenses
All content available through our store — including e-books, films, software, music, audio and games — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Vlook or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product for personal use, subject to these Terms. No ownership of the underlying content is transferred to you.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Because our products are delivered instantly as digital media, refunds and cancellations are limited. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and how to request a refund.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vlook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our store or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
